ProAmica is General & Medical’s specialist Corporate Healthcare Trust and administration division. ProAmica has the necessary experience and expertise required to implement and administer Corporate Healthcare Trusts.

General & Medical has operated successful medical insurance schemes since 1991 and provides a comprehensive range of plans for companies who choose conventional insurance cover. A key factor in this success is the ability to administer medical claims swiftly, efficiently and cost effectively.

ProAmica offers a personal level of service to all corporate clients. Calls are never routed through a call centre or held in a queuing system. Commitment to service means that all enquiries are handled directly by our Client Relations Team.

Following appointment of ProAmica as administrator to a Trust, Clients are assigned a named Client Relations Co-ordinator who will look after all aspects of the running of the Trust, including assisting with any questions and helping employees with claims. All Client Relations Co-ordinators also undergo a series of medical exams.

Agreements in place with most hospitals and providers of private medical treatment enable us to ensure that any private medical treatment is delivered on a very cost effective basis to the Trust. ProAmica will generate all documentation in order that clients and most importantly their employees, are aware of the benefits available, any limitations and how to claim if the need arises.
