Following appointment of ProAmica as administrator to a Trust, Clients are assigned a named Client Relations Co-ordinator who will look after all aspects of the running of the Trust, including assisting with any questions and helping employees with claims. All Client Relations Co-ordinators also undergo a series of medical exams. Agreements in place with most hospitals and providers of private medical treatment enable us to ensure that any private medical treatment is delivered on a very cost effective basis to the Trust. ProAmica will generate all documentation in order that clients and most importantly their employees, are aware of the benefits available, any limitations and how to claim if the need arises.
